COVID-19 Protocols

Thank you for your patience and understanding during these difficult times. Although we’ve had a rough year due to COVID-19, your health and safety remains our number one priority.

2020 has been very challenging. Everything has been impacted by the business shutdown, short-staffing, and physical restrictions on how we provide care to our customers. We are still unable to provide care at full capacity due to social distancing restrictions.

Things that we have implemented for your safety:

• We only allow 1-2 groups of patrons in at any given time.

• Hand sanitizer is offered to each patron upon entry. Temperature and a COVID-19 questionnaire are taken upon entry.

• We require patients to schedule appointments to allow social distancing.

• Air purifiers with UV-C were added to the eye examination room and show room.

• We require all our patrons to wear masks that cover both the mouth and nose prior to entry.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause our customers. Our number one priority will always be the health and safety of our patients and staff.
